1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
  • The original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or payment receipt) is provided.

❌ Products not eligible for return include:

  • Used or worn clothing.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.
  • Customized, personalized, or discounted sale items.

2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  4. Ship the product back to us at the given return address.
  5. Once received, our team will inspect the product before processing a refund.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for products that meet the return eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If you refuse delivery of a dispatched order, the refund will be processed once the product is returned to us.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges, at no extra cost.
