1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if the following conditions are met:
- The return request is raised within 5 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- The original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or payment receipt) is provided.

- Used or worn clothing.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Customized, personalized, or discounted sale items.
2. Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us at the given return address.
- Once received, our team will inspect the product before processing a refund.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for products that meet the return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- If you refuse delivery of a dispatched order, the refund will be processed once the product is returned to us.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges, at no extra cost.
