- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of any delays (stock availability, verification issues), you will be notified by email/phone.
2. Shipping Timelines
- Metro Cities (India): 5–7 business days
- Other Cities/Towns (India): 5–7 business days
- Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: These timelines are estimates. External factors (logistics delays, weather, holidays, strikes) may affect delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered on select orders (as per promotions mentioned on the Website).
- Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
4. Delivery Partners
We use trusted courier services and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
- If the package cannot be delivered (wrong address, unavailability, refusal), it will be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund.
